Personal utility
Encrypted recovery for selected files.
P7C4A is a personal backup utility that encrypts selected recovery data before placing it in the owner’s Google Drive.
How it works
- The owner selects files for recovery.
- Data is encrypted locally before upload.
- The owner keeps the recovery password separately.
Limited Drive access
The app uses Google’s drive.file permission for files it creates or that the owner explicitly grants. A pinned folder setting helps the utility locate its working area; it is an operational setting, not a Google folder-only security boundary.
Backup contents and original file names are encrypted locally. The folder name, encrypted object names, sizes, and upload metadata remain visible to Google Drive.
